Fuji Electric Asia Pacific conducted MTDTS 2016 on 14th Jan.

MTDTS (Modern Transmission & Distribution Technology Seminar) is the seminar organized by Plant Sales Department of Fuji Electric Asia Pacific to share the latest Transmission & Distribution technology, products, solutions and engineering competencies.

Extra High Voltage power equipment in main substations is of high importance for the safe and flexible operation of the transmission and distribution system. Reliability of equipment during its life time, being flexible in configuration & easy to operate with a minimal maintenance is the key concern for all users.

This seminar was designed to give professional engineers an understanding of why having a reliable and maintenance free system for extra high tension power transmission and distribution is crucial to customer’s facilities.

Fuji Electric Asia Pacific featured a guest speaker Mr Howe Chien Yeo (Senior Consultant & Energy Advisory) from DNV GL and he shared about typical design and protection system for HT and LV system.

Product specialists from Fuji Electric presented company’s T & D products and solutions such as transformer cooling design, diagnosis and overload capability, extra high tension and high tension switchgear, power transformer technology and solutions etc.
